Molly Sweet is the Business Growth Strategist at Vens Strategies. She has experience working in civic tech, universities, and government. Her focus areas include electoral system design, anti-corruption, democracy tech, and community engagement. Molly has also worked on municipal, state, and U.S. campaigns.
Molly has worked with a civic tech startup, where she has progressed in many roles, helping grow the company and successfully engaging and onboarding clients. She incorporates a holistic approach using innovative thinking and strategies to tackle difficult problems. Molly is an active member of several networking groups focused on economic growth, business opportunities, and anti-corruption.
Molly holds a master’s in Democracy & Governance from Georgetown University where she focused on elections and transparency. She received her bachelor’s in Political Science from Roger Williams University (Rhode Island) where she received high distinction for her senior thesis research on Ranked Choice Voting.
